I am a regular customer and the company does take ownership for any mistakes. However, always a reliable company. My suggestion if you guys could be a little faster on the shipping.

This process was super simple. I just uploaded my image and selected the sizing and color options! A rep contacted me soon after with a question re: my image and the issue was solved promptly. 0 complaints!
