Yes. TPU labels use a screen printing process with full color control including Pantone matching. Up to 4 spot colors per order. For a performance line where brand color consistency across woven and TPU labels matters, TPU can be spec'd to the same color standard (give us a Pantone Coated reference if available). For most orders we achieve great results just matching the artwork file.

High durability. TPU is designed to flex with stretch fabrics rather than crack, and it handles sweat, frequent washing, and abrasion. The screen printing process wears well after repeated usage and wash cycles.

Sewing. TPU clothing labels are generally sewn into a seam as a modern accent tag on the outside of athletic wear, however we find many clients use TPU for interior neck labels and interior swimwear labels.

Yes. TPU's flexible film is designed to move with stretch fabrics including performance nylon and poly/spandex blends without delaminating. For 4-way stretch technical fabrics, it's a strong fit, just confirm your exact substrate with us and test a sample.

For example, if you order 500 labels you can split that order into 5 size versions (XS, S, M, L, XL). A common breakdown is 50 XS, 100 S, 200 M, 100 L, 50 XL. You can split the quantities any way you'd like, just let us know in the comment section of your order. This is a more cost effective way of ordering multiple sizes, compared to placing a separate order for each size version.
