Edge Options

Our woven patches offer two edge options: Merrowed and Laser cut. The standard Mer- rowed edge, created with a specialized machine, features a wrap-around stitch with a width of 1⁄8 inch, ideal for square or circular shapes. For intricate designs or smaller patches, the Laser cut edge is recommended. This state-of-the-art process utilizes cutting-edge laser technology to precisely cut the patch along the custom shape of the design, providing greater flexibility.

Customize with Versions

Customize your woven patch with the ability to add versions. A ‘version’ is a minor modifica- tion or variation in your artwork. Changes in colors fall under the version category as well as small text changes (ie. personalized names). Please note that any significant changes to the artwork or design, such as changing shapes, or size of the patch, do not fall under ‘ver- sions’ and must be processed as separate orders. We charge a flat fee of $25 for each version change.

Each patch order comes with up to 8 thread colors, and additional colors can be added at a custom-quoted price. We prioritize precision, particularly in color matching, seamlessly matching with any solid coated Pantone number provided by our customers. Pantone colors, widely embraced in the design industry, offer a standardized system for identifying and com- municating colors. This ensures that your woven patches not only boast a diverse color palette but also accurately represent the specific visual essence of your brand or design.

PVC Patch Backing Options

Choose from a variety of backing options, including peel & stick, hook & loop, and iron-on, each providing unique benefits for your custom leather patches.
Peel & Stick Backing:
- Specialized strong ashesive.
- Helps hold patches in place for sewing.
- Leather with Peel & Stick backing can serve as rugged, unique stickers!
Hook & Loop Backing
Popular among military, law enforcement, and other uniformed personnel, this backing is highly sought after for its durability and versatility.
Hook Side Only

Hook and Loop (Both Sides)

▪ Attach patch with hook backing
Iron-On Backing:
- Easy application
- Heat-activated adhesive that fuses the patch to the hat or garment.
- Best applied with specialized heat press with underside heating.
