Woven Patches
Woven patches allow for small text and fine details not possible with a traditional embroidered patch. They are made on the same fabric looms used to construct our woven labels. We use a thicker gauge thread compared with our woven labels, then laser cut each patch to shape. We then apply a plastic backing to contain loose threads on the back side of each patch. Woven patches are generally finished with a merrowed (wrapped thread) border similar to embroidered patches, or you may stick with the simple laser cut border. Your patch can include up to 8 thread colors. Iron-on, Peel & Stick or Hook & Loop backing options are also available.

Edge Options
Our woven patches offer two edge options: Merrowed and Laser cut. The standard Mer- rowed edge, created with a specialized machine, features a wrap-around stitch with a width of 1⁄8 inch, ideal for square or circular shapes. For intricate designs or smaller patches, the Laser cut edge is recommended. This state-of-the-art process utilizes cutting-edge laser technology to precisely cut the patch along the custom shape of the design, providing greater flexibility.
Customize with Versions
Customize your woven patch with the ability to add versions. A ‘version’ is a minor modifica- tion or variation in your artwork. Changes in colors fall under the version category as well as small text changes (ie. personalized names). Please note that any significant changes to the artwork or design, such as changing shapes, or size of the patch, do not fall under ‘ver- sions’ and must be processed as separate orders. We charge a flat fee of $25 for each version change.
